Vitamin A

  • Vitamin A is important for normal vision, the immune system, and reproduction. Vitamin A also helps the heart, lungs, kidneys, and other organs work properly.

Vitamin C

  • Vitamin C is needed for the growth and repair of tissues in all parts of your body. It is used to form an important protein used to make skin, tendons, ligaments, and blood vessels, heal wounds and form scar tissue.

Vitamin D3

  • Your body must have vitamin D to absorb calcium and promote bone growth. Too little vitamin D results in soft bones in children (rickets) and fragile, misshapen bones in adults (osteomalacia).

Vitamin E

  • Vitamin E is an antioxidant. This means it protects body tissue from damage caused by substances called free radicals, which can harm cells, tissues, and organs. They are believed to play a role in certain conditions related to aging.

Thiamin

  • Thiamin (vitamin B1) helps the body's cells change carbohydrates into energy. Thiamin also plays a role in muscle contraction and conduction of nerve signals.

Riboflavin

  • Riboflavin (vitamin B2) works with the other B vitamins. It is important for body growth and red blood cell production and helps in releasing energy from carbohydrates

Niacin

  • Niacin belongs to the B family of vitamins. It plays an important role in regulating energy metabolism and supporting the health of the cardiovascular, nervous and endocrine systems.

Vitamin B6

  • Vitamin B6 plays an important role in a range of physical and psychological functions. It is most known for helping to maintain a healthy metabolism, nerve function, liver function, skin health, eye health, as well as help to boost levels of energy

Folic Acid

  • Folic acid helps prevent neural tube defects (NTDs) – serious birth defects of the spinal cord (such as spina bifida) and the brain (such as anencephaly).

Vitamin B12

  • Vitamin B12 is a nutrient that helps keep the body's nerve and blood cells healthy and helps make DNA, the genetic material in all cells. Vitamin B12 also helps prevent people from feeling tired and weak.

Biotin

  • Biotin is a water-soluble B-vitamin that helps your body convert food into energy. It is especially important during pregnancy and breastfeeding. In addition, biotin is important for the health of your hair, skin and nails.

Calcium

  • Calcium is an essential mineral needed for bone health and just as important as any other product in your age-defying beauty regimen. If people aren't getting enough calcium in their diet, the body takes calcium from the bones to ensure normal cell function, which can lead to weakened bones.

Iron

  • Iron is an important component of hemoglobin, the substance in red blood cells that carries oxygen from your lungs to transport it throughout your body. Hemoglobin represents about two-thirds of the body's iron. If you don't have enough iron, your body can't make enough healthy oxygen-carrying red blood cells.

Zinc

  • Zinc is needed for the body's defensive (immune) system to properly work. It plays a role in cell division, cell growth, wound healing, and the breakdown of carbohydrates. Zinc is also needed for the senses of smell and taste.

DHA

  • The omega-3 fatty acid DHA is crucial for the healthy structure and function of the brain. An optimal intake of DHA is especially essential for pregnant and nursing mothers to ensure adequate brain development in their children.
